Attorney Snow has been a member of the Mashpee community for nearly 20 years and represents people for personal injury and wrongful death claims.  He handles claims that arise from car accidents, motorcycle accidents and bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, boating accidents, products liability, accidents that involve drunk drivers and drinking establishments, known as liquor liability or “Dram Shop Act” claims.

Prior to establishing a personal injury litigation practice, Attorney Snow worked for a Boston law firm that represented insurance companies and their insured’s.  This experience provides Attorney Snow with an understanding of how insurance companies value personal injury claims and prepare for trial.  Attorney Snow has also successfully resolved many bodily injury claims at mediation and arbitration.

Attorney Snow is a member of the Barnstable County Bar Association, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, now the American Association for Justice.  Attorney Snow has also served as a mediator for the Barnstable County Superior Court Conciliation Program and as a member of the Medical Malpractice Tribunal for Barnstable County.
